We had a lovely stay here during the Indian Wells tennis tournament. The house easily accommodated our group of 11 with plenty of space to share! Very well decorated and lots of fun amenities to utilize. Harout was excellent in his communication and overall accommodation. Highly recommended!

Harout was an excellent host - very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The house was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a fun and comfortable weekend group trip. The space worked perfectly for our group, and everything was as described. An absolute blast! Stayed for my wedding and it added on to my perfect day. The pictures don’t do this place justice, they’re beautiful but it’s way more beautiful in person.

I cannot recommend this place enough! It was in a great location, with incredible amenities, fully stocked kitchen, and comfortable rooms. This spot was well equip for our group and had everything we needed for our stay. It was close enough to the things we wanted to do (downtown palm springs and joshua tree) and felt very relaxing and quiet at the end of the day. The host was one of the most responsive and accommodating hosts i’ve ever stayed with which made the experience that much better.

Harout was a wonderful host. He was very responsive and flexible with check in time! The house is awesome and has lots of fun games and activities to do. We loved playing pickleball in the backyard. I would definitely stay there again!!

We stayed for a family reunion and it was outstanding. It’s a beautiful space to spend time with loved ones - big kitchen, living room, lots of amenities/games and plenty of beds/private rooms. There was 21 of us and we were all comfortable. Ping ping/air hockey and foosball in the garage. Pool, hot tub, pickle ball and a nice seating area in the back. Little water volleyball net and a basketball hoop. Drove out to Joshua Tree National Park one day (worth it while staying there). Definitely recommend a stay.

Harout was friendly and very responsive. Check in and out was very easy. House was great, as was the pool, pickleball court and many other amenities. It made hanging out at the house very easy and enjoyable. The variety of birds that visit the back yard was also a treat. If you’re a light sleeper, the rooster next door may be an issue early in the morning. Would have benefited from a TV in the bedrooms or fan to help cover the noise. I would definitely stay here again, but I would pack a fan. Great place for a big group!

We stayed at Harout’s home with one other family- 8 of us total with 4 young kids. We had plenty of space and it was nice to be able to cook and enjoy the pool the whole weekend! The kids also loved the arcade in the garage! Harout was very responsive and really wanted to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. He even purchased some noodles and rafts after I inquired about it. We definitely want to make this a yearly trip!

This place is awesome!! I’m always nervous that Airbnb photos will be deceiving, but this home is EVEN NICER than the photos. Super, super clean sheets, linens, bathrooms, etc. The home was big enough to comfortably fit my larger size group. The backyard was so fun - we took full advantage of the pool and pickleball! They provided lots of extra towels, etc for the house which is really nice! The host was incredibly helpful and responsive too!! All around we had a great, great stay.
