Do no move furniture around in the backyard. Do not park inside the garage, it is a game room. Small dogs allowed upon approval; $150 pet fee per pet. SECURITY CAMERAS For the safety of our home, we have outdoor security cameras in the front and sides of the house. These are live recordings and we do monitor. ROOM GUIDES KITCHEN Please place excess food in trash rather than in the disposal when possible. Cleaning supplies and extra trash bags can be found under the sink. Kitchen supplies included: coffee, sugar, tea, cooking oil and spices to get you started. Appliances: The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, blender, and everything you need to cook at home. LIVING ROOM Enjoy an open concept living room with a large TV and comfortable couch. A dedicated work-from-home desk is also included for your convenience. SPEAKERS There is a bluetooth speaker under the TV in the living room. No outdoor speaker is provided. LIGHTS sunset. Outdoor LED lights turn on every night ELECTRIC CAR CHARGER The garage is equipped with a 240-volt outlet for electric vehicle charging - just be sure to bring your own charging cable. BBQ Please replace aluminum BBQ grease tray after each use. Additional trays can be found in the lower kitchen cabinet near the oven. BBQ tools can be found in the drawer to the left of the oven. Friendly reminder to please turn off BBQ after each use. FIREPIT The fire pit is on a 60 minute timer for safety reasons. Turn the timer to 60 minutes to turn on the gas, then light the fire with the button to the left of the timer. POOL AND SPA The controller is located on the iPad in the dining room to the right of the sliding glass doors using the app iAqualink. Please let us know 24 hours before your arrival if you would like to heat the pool. Pool heating is $150 per day and can be heated to 80-85 degrees. Spa heating is complimentary. The pool & spa cannot be heated at the same time.
