LIVING ROOM, KITCHEN, AND DINING ROOM Enjoy an open concept space with beautiful views and lots of counter space and a large dining table to enjoy your meals at. The living room is equipped with a spacious and comfortable couch, smart tv, speakers, and easy access to the backyard. The kitchen has a standard ground coffee maker available for use during your stay. There is also a desk in this space you’re welcome to use for working from home. OUTDOOR SPACE The resort style pool and spa is brand new. The covered patio includes an outdoor dining table and fire pit. The backyard also includes a BBQ, lounge chairs, pickleball court, pool basketball hoop, pool volleyball net, mini basketball court, putting green, corn hole, connect four, and ring toss. GARAGE GAME ROOM The game room includes a ping pong table, foosball table and air hockey table. POOL & SPA Pool heating - $150 per day Spa heating - complimentary Pool is 6-8 ft deep in the deep end No glassware by the pool. We have provided ample outdoor drinkware, please use it! No diving, no lifeguard on duty; guests assume their own risk PARKING Free parking available in the driveway and on the street. No indoor garage parking allowed due to the gameroom. The garage has a 240 V outlet to charge electric vehicles. You must bring your own charger. SECURITY CAMERAS For the safety of our property, we have outdoor security cameras in the front and side yard of the property. These are live recordings and we do monitor. Please message us if you have any additional questions. HOUSE RULES - No parties; violations will be notified to property manager and a $200 clean up fee will be charged - No parking in the garage, this is a dedicated game room and any furniture should not be moved. - Quiet hours start at 10:00pm. - 23 guests maximum; additional guests by approval will result in a fee - No glassware by the pool. We have provided ample outdoor drinkware, please use it! - Generally we do not allow pets but can accommodate small dogs for an additional $100 fee per pet.
