The Chateau is the perfect place to enjoy a weekend of fun with your friends and family. This spacious home sleeps up to 19 people with 7 bedrooms. The backyard is equipped with a brand new pool and spa, plenty of outdoor lounge areas, a putting green, fire pit, and an outdoor shower. Please note, pool heating costs $150/ day and we need advanced notice before you arrive. Complimentary pool heating for Coachella Festival Weekend 1 and Weekend 2. Car service available upon request. The kitchen has a standard ground coffee maker available for use during your stay. OUTDOOR SPACE Enjoy a sprawling backyard that is perfect for some fun in the sun. The pool is newly built with a spa, baha ledge, loungers, and umbrella. The covered patio includes an outdoor dining table and outdoor sofas. Behind the pool you’ll find a fire pit to enjoy stargazing at night. The backyard also includes a BBQ, outdoor shower, and lounge chairs for your whole party. If you’re looking for some fun activities, you can enjoy the putting green, foosball, and connect 4. BEDROOMS Downstairs - BEDROOM 1 - 2 fulls - BEDROOM 2 - 1 king Upstairs - BEDROOM 3 - 1 queen + ensuite bathroom - BEDROOM 4 - 2 twins - BEDROOM 5 - 2 fulls - BEDROOM 6 - 1 king - BEDROOM 7 - 1 king - primary + ensuite bathroom BATHROOMS 1 downstairs and 3 upstairs bathrooms that include towels, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. OCCUPANCY 18 guests maximum PETS Our general rule is that we do not allow dogs or pets but can make an exception for small dogs for an additional $100 pet fee. POOL & SPA Pool heating - $150/ day Spa heating - complimentary Pool is 6-8 ft deep in the deep end No glassware by the pool. We have provided ample outdoor drinkware, please use it! No diving, no lifeguard on duty; guests assume their own risk PARKING Free parking available in the driveway and on the street. The garage has a 240 V outlet to charge electric vehicles. You must bring your own charger. SECURITY CAMERAS For the safety of our property, we have outdoor security cameras surrounding the outside of the property. These are live recordings and we do monitor. Please message us if you have any additional questions. HOUSE RULES - No parties; violations will be notified to property manager - Quiet hours start at 10:00pm - 18 guests maximum; additional guests by approval will result in a fee - No glassware by the pool. We have provided ample outdoor drinkware, please use it! - Generally we do not allow pets but can accommodate small dogs for an additional $100 fee Please note, while the house is cleaned regularly before and after each guest, this desert region is known for natural dust storms and strong winds from time to time. These winds may carry a lot of sand that may collect on outdoor furniture overnight.
