We stayed at Harout’s home with one other family- 8 of us total with 4 young kids. We had plenty of space and it was nice to be able to cook and enjoy the pool the whole weekend! The kids also loved the arcade in the garage! Harout was very responsive and really wanted to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. He even purchased some noodles and rafts after I inquired about it. We definitely want to make this a yearly trip!

This place is awesome!! I’m always nervous that Airbnb photos will be deceiving, but this home is EVEN NICER than the photos. Super, super clean sheets, linens, bathrooms, etc. The home was big enough to comfortably fit my larger size group. The backyard was so fun - we took full advantage of the pool and pickleball! They provided lots of extra towels, etc for the house which is really nice! The host was incredibly helpful and responsive too!! All around we had a great, great stay.

Great place to bring a large group. Plenty of beds, pool and hot tub were great, large kitchen to cook in. We looked in the area and found this to be the best value for the money when it came to hosting 16 people. Everyone had a good time and enjoyed staying there. When we were not out doing activities over the weekend, this house was great for chilling. relaxing, and still having something to do from basketball to the garage activities or just having a drink at the pool. The host was very responsive to any questions, and checking out was a breeze, didn't require much work. Would definitely recommend for a large group of golfers or gamblers looing for a place to stay in Indio/Coachella!

There is so much to say about this place. It was absolutely beautiful and was such a great place for throwing a bachelorette party! The host was amazing to work with and answered all my questions. This was the first Airbnb that I’ve been to that has so much! The checkout process was so simple and nice. I would definitely recommend this house and if I’m ever back in Coachella, this will be the house to stay!

Loved this house and back yard. It was perfect for our group of 16 (10 teen athletes and 6 moms) for a competition in Palm Springs. Everything as described and plenty of room for our group. A bonus was the huge closet in the master suite with lots of space for hanging and folded clothes and our suitcases. Host was very responsive and super accommodating. Highly recommend this house and host.

We had a great stay in Thousand Palms and Harout was a wonderful host! There were lots of activities to do just in the home itself (but also only 5 minutes from the casino if you’re feeling like a night out). The home was clean and spacious had everything we were looking for and needed for the getaway. Harout was very pleasant to work with, responded quickly to any questions we had, was proactive, and flexible with the check in time since no one stayed the night before. Overall, an amazing stay and would recommend staying here of you’re visiting Thousand Palms/Palm Springs

Our group trip to Coachella was a huge success especially since we had an amazing place to stay! We were in town for a sports tournament at Empire Polo Club and were able to fit seven parent/child combos in the home easily. The home was conveniently located just a few miles from the polo club and was the perfect retreat after a day of hard games. There was so much for the kids to do at the home that they didn’t want to leave and the spa was a nice way to relax after a tough day! The parents all enjoyed relaxing in the backyard and preparing team meals in the home. The host was responsive and extremely accommodating, instructions were clear and easy. Neighborhood was safe and great location to local stores. Definitely will book again!

The PALMS , what else is there to say about this amazing airbnb!! from the activities to the spacious living room, my group had the time of our lives here. everything is well instructed and wonderful at any questions we had. I would highly recommend staying here
